This Sonnet solution supports front to back airflow through each of the installed computers without trapping them in hot, recirculating rack air, enabling them to stay stay as cool as on a desk. Specially-engineered power button mechanisms enable you to power cycle the computers with them installed in the enclosure, while open access is provided to the computer’s front and back ports. Sonnet also provides space beneath each computer for you to connect and house a Thunderbolt or USB SSD. For added convenience, cable passthroughs on the front panel enable connection of peripherals. RackMac mini (2024 ) is ruggedized for transport, utilizing firm rubber cushions that securely hold the computers in place while moving, making the Sonnet solution ideal for use in fly racks to make your Mac mini setup mobile. Rack Up Attached Peripherals – Optional Accessory Tray RackMac mini (2024 ) is designed to take up as little room as possible, but there may be situations when you need some extra space behind the computers to place larger storage devices, KVM switches, USB hubs or other peripherals. Install the RackMac mini (2024 ) Accessory Tray on the enclosure* to add an additional six inches of depth, perfect for connecting the devices you need, but shallow enough to keeps the total mounting depth to just 11 inches.
