Orblue Rotary Cheese Grater with Multipurpose Stainless Steel Drum Grater

Works great. I looked for one that works like those seen in Olive Garden Restaurants since they don’t sell them. This one matched. I did have difficulty removing the shredder drum. Even washed it as it would not come apart. That simply did not clean it thoroughly. Tried putting a towel into the drum to better hold it while trying to disassemble the unit. No luck. Planned to request a return. One more try and put towel into the opening where cheese block goes, and it unscrewed. Keeping it as I like it so well but will not tighten as tight as manufacturer did.
