I put in a lot, and some more, research on brand and eventually retailer. Ended up with a big national retailer and a great sales atmosphere, with the Black Friday pricing and also a nice surprise of extra year warranty. The unit itself has been great. Jets are so powerful they turn light cups upside down ! Took a few loads to adjust the distinct layout of both levels, but the clean outcome and quietness are exactly what I have been waiting for. Tracked Bosch reviews (Cons Reports etc) for years knowing I’d need a new washer, and was close to 3 other brands, but glad I got a good model in the middle, price and now the experience. The app is neat.
